1Platform Role & Intermediary Status
KisshtPay operates as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) & Digital Loan Aggregator. We are an intermediary connecting users with RBI-registered Banks and NBFCs.
KisshtPay is not a direct lender. Sanction, rejection, disbursal, interest rate pricing, and credit limits are decided solely by the respective Regulated Entities (REs) in accordance with their independent underwriting policies.
2Applicant Eligibility

3Credit Assessment Fee & Refund Policy
⚠️ Assessment Fee Terms
KisshtPay charges an upfront non-refundable profile verification and credit assessment fee (₹199 or as discounted during promotional windows) to cover automated CIBIL/bureau evaluation, multi-lender algorithmic matching, and fraud screening server costs.
Payment of the assessment fee does not guarantee loan approval or sanction by lending partners. Assessment fees are non-refundable once verification processing is executed.
4KYC Integrity & Anti-Fraud Disclaimer
Submission of falsified PAN, manipulated bank statements, or unauthorized Aadhaar numbers constitutes an offense under the Indian Penal Code and Information Technology Act. We reserve the right to immediately blacklist offending profiles and report fraudulent attempts to law enforcement agencies and credit bureaus.
